Adds the new
client.video.connectOpenAimethod toStreamVideoClient.For the method to work, @stream-io/openai-realtime-api must be installed alongside this package. If it isn't installed, a helpful error is thrown.
The method itself is ported from stream-openai with minor changes, along with its tests.
